Personal training sessions are 55 minutes in length and are tailored to fit your individual needs and fitness goals.  Whether you are training for a race, preparing for an event, or simply need motivation to get healthy, personal training sessions will help you stay motivated and accountable.  Sessions include various types of exercises including strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, functional training, balance training, core-strengthening, HIIT, stretching, TRX training, and much more.  The type of exercises performed will be based on your specific needs, goals, and ability level.  In order to achieve maximal results all personal training sessions emphasize the use of proper form.  Personal training is tailored to fit all ages and fitness levels.      

 

Attire:  Athletic, moisture-wicking clothes & running or cross training shoes are recommended.

with Erin Sanders

Erin holds a degree in Exercise Science & Sports Medicine from the University of Louisville and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA.  She has been working as a personal fitness trainer since 2009 and has worked with all ages and ability levels.  Erin enjoys being a trainer and getting to know her clients.  She likes helping them reach their fitness goals to become stronger, healthier, and more confident.  While Erin is not working one-on-one with clients or teaching bootcamps she enjoys weight lifting, spinning, swimming, and playing with her two dogs, Foxy & Marley.

 *To add another person to your session the cost is $15 per  session per person
