Hi Everyone, we are excited to be open again after being away for so long!

Our goal is to create the best and safest environment for Pilates, Personal Training and Yoga. We are thankful for the opportunity to serve our clients and the community

What we have done:

  • We have created two studios which have separate entrances, HVAC (air conditioning) systems and equipment. This will allow smaller class sizes and more space between teachers and all students.

  • The downstairs studio will be dedicated to private lessons of two students or less. Entrance will be in the front.

  • The upstairs studio will be for private sessions and for reformer classes (limited to 4 people with more than 10 feet between reformers). Parking and entrance will be in the back of the building for students using the upstairs studio.

  • We will have partitions also in place to reduce risk.

  • We will add more classes to accommodate enrollment for everyone. (While it is possible to move the equipment closer we decided to stay safer until we have a better understanding of what it is like to operate with safer guidelines)

  • We have adjusted scheduling so that lessons and classes have 15 minutes between times to disinfect and clean. This also helps with Social distancing among students coming and going.

  • Sanitized the studio with industrial grade cleaners and UV light.

  • Covered straps, handles and other hand held items in vinyl for easy disinfection

What we will do continue to do to create safety for us all:

  • Keep windows open as much as possible to have good air flow. (We realize on very hot days this may not be possible)

  • Hepa filtration units in addition to HVAC

  • Shower and wash hair prior to our work day and wear freshly laundered clothing.

  • Come directly to the studio from home and run our errands after our workday

  • Throughout the day and while in the building, wear a clean, legitimate mask that has NOT been exposed to other environments

  • Wash our hands thoroughly before, between, and after every session.

  • Take our temperature prior to the work day and throughout the day if necessary.

  • Stay home if we are feeling health compromised in any way.

What we need students to do to create safety for us all:

  • Shower and wash hair prior to your appointment.

  • Wear freshly laundered clothing to your session.

  • Please let us be your first stop in the day. Avoid running errands or stops before your session.

  • Do not attend your session if you feel any compromise in your health.

  • Do not attend your session if you have traveled in the last 2 weeks to a high risk area or out of the country. Or if you have had a high risk exposure to the Covid-19 virus in the last 2 weeks.

  • Ideally, wear a clean, legitimate mask that has NOT been exposed to other environments.

  • Please wait in your car until the instructor waves you into the building. This will reduce your exposure to others.

  • Upon entering building, wash hands.

  • Support social distancing in lobby areas, hallways, and parking lot.

  • Allow your temperature to be taken by the instructor with a non-touch thermometer.

  • Allow your teacher to open doorways and direct you to equipment upon entering and exiting your particular treatment area.

  • Wash hands immediately upon finishing your session using the paper towel on any/all surfaces as you exit.

  • Schedule a follow up appointment in a socially distanced manner.

The above cleaning protocol will require 5-10 minutes of the hour session to maintain the highest quality of cleanliness and care. Thank you for your understanding and support!
