Pilates Reformer is a system designed to transform the way your body looks, feels, and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk; creating a sleek, toned body. It teaches flexibility and good posture focusing on your “core” or center of the body, predominantly abdominals, back, and thighs. Professional dancers have used the reformer for decades. *If you are new to reformer classes, please enroll into an intro lesson or beginner reformer class. Students already familiar with the reformer are encouraged to take an intro lesson or speak with an instructor prior to participating in a intermediate reformer class.

This class introduces clients to the fundamental principles and movements that evolved from the original work of Joseph Pilates. Hands-on instruction, cuing of proper technique, and modifications are emphasized. Click here for mat fees.

Small Group Strength Classes

Strength classes are designed to keep your body constantly challenged using an interval style approach.  No two classes are the same.  Bootcamps are a fun, effective way to burn calories, build strength, tone the upper & lower body, strengthen the core, and help improve your overall fitness level through the use of free weights, resistance bands, body weight exercises, boxing, and much more!  Athletic, moisture-wicking clothes and running or cross training shoes are recommended. 

Yoga Classes ​​

During yoga, you use physical postures, or asanas, to align your body and allow energy and breath to flow freely. With that being said, you can also learn specific breathing techniques. During our yoga classes, you get the yin and yang experience with working not only your muscles, but your joints and tendons, as well.  A perfect balance for the Body, Mind & Soul. 

​Vertimax Classes

The VertiMax allows you to perform various exercises under constant resistance. A series of resistance vectors can be quickly adjusted to accommodate virtually any sports movement pattern. The VertiMax platform consists of a plyo mat and shock-absorbing legs that help to reduce joint impact.
