New Pilates Students
Feel free to enroll online to any class or to schedule a private or duet session.
If you are new to Pilates, the studio offers a discounted private lesson called the Initial session. In the intro session you are matched with a certified Instructor to introduce you to the practice of Pilates. The private session helps the instructor identify the movement patterns that need to be addressed for better posture and fitness. The Initial lesson includes work on the Pilates Apparatus as well as floor mat exercises.
Our goal is to give you a place to practice the Pilates Method in small supervised classes in a tranquil setting. Unlike many gym-style Pilates classes that focus on having as many people as possible in a class; we tailor a program to fit the student's needs and goals in small manageable class. Classes are limited to keep the quality of instruction at a high level.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first session to get settled and to complete a Health history form and a release. These can also be downloaded and printed by choosing the two following links: Health history and a release.
New Yoga and Barre students
For Yoga and Barre students please visit the online class schedule to enroll. An initial session is not required for Barre, yoga or dance classes. Dance classes are seasonal but include; Zumba, Bollywood, children's ballet, and Ballroom dance. To view a list of current dance classes please visit our online scheduler.
