New Pilates Students

Students entering the studio are matched with a certified Instructor to introduce them to the practice of Pilates. The private session helps the instructor identify the movement patterns that need to be addressed for better posture and fitness. The Initial lesson includes work on the Pilates Apparatus as well as floor exercises.

Our goal is to give you a place to practice the Pilates Method in small supervised classes in a tranquil setting. Unlike many gym-style Pilates classes that focus on having as many people as possible in a class; we tailor a program to fit the student's needs and goals in small manageable class. Classes are limited to keep the quality of instruction at a high level.

To schedule your initial session you may enroll online by registering and choosing the appointments tab and selecting the "beginners initial session" option or you can contact the studio at 489-5422 or email us at info@TryPilates.com

New Barre, Yoga and Dance students

For Barre, Yoga and Dance students please visit the class schedule to enroll. An initial session is not required for Barre, yoga or dance classes. Dance classes are seasonal but include; Zumba, Bollywood, children's ballet, and Ballroom dance. To view a list of current dance classes please visit our online scheduler.

 

Living Social Students

Please visit our online scheduler to see a mat/barre schedule and enroll online. Once enrolled please bring in your coupon or coupon code to redeem classes.

If you would like to enroll for an intial session, please let us know, it is not necessary with your coupon.
